Given that I have got low resolution scanned photos as well as HD resolution modern photos from cameras & cell phones, I am confused as to which format would be best for final slideshow output. Given this scenario, what is the best free software to create slideshows (with music)? And what is the best format to go for (mpeg-2, H.264.etc)? Some of the pictures were actually scanned copies of the old prints, and many are from Digital Still Cameras, the latest cell phones. ![]() I have 1000's of family photos that I would like to organize as slide shows based on the scenario (wedding, trip to Singapore.etc). ![]()
